Here is the back story as to why I purchased such an odd product. Flash back to a month ago… I was on the Great Wall of China, huffing and puffing and realizing once again I am on ANOTHER adventure and 100% out of shape and not able to enjoy it the way a fit person could.
So I get back stateside and well I realize it is time to hit the gym and get in shape, because well HOW the hell am I ever going to be able to hike the Inca Trail in the current shape I am in.
I am currently working at a major retail chain when I came across this product and thought “hmm, a cooling spray that will allow me to spray on my face after a work out”
It was 4 bucks so I figured why not. It is hot as hell in Texas and now that I am back to working out on a regular basis I figured it couldn’t hurt, plus it has my trusty cruelty free label (which is my one criteria when it comes to beauty products) so I figured I would try it.
So here I am telling you this product is fantastic for what I use it for. After I work out and get in car I spray a few squirts on my face and it is instant cool down, plus my skin feels moisturized. I love the clean crisp smell and I look forward to spraying this on my face. I will use this during the hot summer that is fast approaching.
As far as other benefits? I have found that my skin often feels moisturized after I use this product and any workout redness I might have quickly disappears after I use it. That could be from my body just cooling down in general, but I figure this product doesn’t hurt that.
So the real question, would I buy this product again? Yes. I would. I recommend looking at some of your discount retailers… IE, TJ Maxx, Marshall’s… etc as they might have it on hand. Otherwise, I do feel it is worth the $20 price tag.
You can purchase the product online here
Ok guys if there is one product I am going to consider having a love affair with this product is it. I found this absolutely amazing product at TJ Maxx and I have scoured the internet trying to find a link to buy more. I am that in love. This product makes my skin feel amazing. AMAZING I tell you.
I have started researching activated charcoal and I am pretty sure I am a huge fan. Did you know that you can brush your teeth with the stuff???? It is apparently the new fountain of youth. I am pretty sure I will make sure that I always have activated charcoal in my arsenal from here on out.
This product is of course cruelty free and just absolutely amazing. It will make you have a love affair. It specifically says to not use more than twice a week so I am going try real hard and stick to that but believe me I can’t wait until my next shower with this scrub. It makes my skin feel silky smooth and it makes my skin smell fresh. So go to TJ Maxx and buy some immediately.
If you have been around for awhile you know I love my beauty face creams and masks. I only buy cruelty free and when I find a new product I am in love with I have to share it with you. Well guys I have found a new product that I am absolutely 100% behind.
I love just about every product I buy from Alba. I use their shampoo mostly because every single time I lather up I take a trip to Hawaii and my hair smells amazing. I love Alba even more because they are cruelty free and really strive to use vegan products. I love their company and when I find a new product of their’s I will often pick it up.
This product is an amazing facial mask, it does have some acidic enzymes that promises to deliver glowing skin. Now I am not sure if I have glowing skin lately but I can tell you my skin does feel softer and properly exfoliated, which my best friend turned my esthetician is constantly on me about. Trust me guys she DOES NOT play when it comes to exfoliating and she knows if you haven’t been, she is like freaking santa when it comes to skin care.
Anyway, it is a pretty potent product and I can assure you that it is not one you will use every day, or hell even every other day. Currently I am going to use it twice a week to help maintain my fresh skin appearance. I found this product at TJ Maxx but I can assure you that it is at most drug stores that carry all natural products. I have seen it at Walgreens, Krogers & Wal-mart. It is a drug store brand that will run you about 11.99 and is pretty modest when it comes to skin care. Fantastic product that will take you to Hawaii for the five minutes and leave you with a fresh appearance.
Please note I am 34 and I do have normal skin that has some scarring from my teenage years. The skin care products I recommend are often for my skin type, so please read product labels carefully.
This is a miracle product ya’ll and for the VERY low price of $3.99. You seriously can’t get better than this product.
When it came time to start switching out all my current products for more natural, cruelty free products, I struggled with finding an oil. I love putting oil on myself after I shower for a natural looking glow, I also have some small acne scars from my teenage days, that have faded over time… but still have a small presence.
Anyway, I was looking for an oil that was cruelty free product that I could use after the shower & especially this summer I tend to get dry skin in the summer, Texas summers are brutal ya’ll. This product was on so many lists I knew it had to be legit and I shop at Trader Joe’s weekly, so I figured it was worth trying.
In fact one girl called it her boyfriend it is simply that amazing. She isn’t alone, simply google Trader Joe’s Vitamin E oil and there are numerous people that have stated their admiration for this amazing product.
I am finding that I use this product for everything. I use it as a make up remover when I wear eye makeup, I use it 2-3 times a week on my small scars, I use a few drops after the shower on my legs, I put a few drops on my hair ends for an extra conditioning boost. I use a few drops into my bath when I want some extra conditioning and lately I have started using it with another product to help condition my cuticles. This is literally a product I will probably continue to use like… forever. I am in love with this product. Plus I don’t think I need to tell you about the amazing affects vitamin E has on aging… it might as well be considered a fountain of youth.
and for $3.99 you can afford to add this puppy to your arsenal too. I promise you will not be disappointed with the results.
